Where is the Courtyard?
The Courtyard is in the centre of Bicester near Sheep Street. Our address is: The Couryard Youth Arts Centre, Launton Road, Bicester, OX26 6DJ. Click here to see a map.
Where can I park?
There is no parking onsite but there is a short stay pay and display car park on Victoria Road at the back of Wilkinsons (just behind the courtyard) or if you carry on along Victoria road there is a long stay car park on the right hand side.
How can I book a place on the arts programme?
Places can be booked on our after school and holiday programmes by emailing [email protected], calling 01869 602560 or booking on the website through Eventbrite by clicking on the booking page (please note there is a booking fee attached to booking online)
What age of young people do you run arts projects for?
We run activities for 7-18 year olds throughout the year involving a real range of different art forms – there is something for everyone.
Do you run projects during the holidays?
Absolutely! We run holidays programmes during February half term, Easter, May half term, Summer and October half term.
How do I get a gig for my band to play at the Courtyard?
If you are interested in playing at a gig please send us the answers to ALL these questions to [email protected]

How do I buy tickets for a gig?
Online – we sell through See Tickets and WeGotTickets. You can also buy tickets in person from Gig Committee members and local bands.
I'm a local teenager and I am interested in joining the Gig Committee. How do I join?

Who runs the Arts programme at The Courtyard?
OYAP Trust (Oxfordshire Youth Arts Partnership) is an independent youth arts charity based at The Courtyard. OYAP have been commissioned by The Courtyard Partnership made up of Oxfordshire County Council, Cherwell District Council, and Bicester Town Council to deliver a two year arts programme at The Courtyard.
